As the the Lead Creative on a major e-commerce project for Universal Music, I was required to provide multiple creative solutions, the defining of a group e-commerce environment, creation of style guides, templates, rich media, defining the brand offering, and management of an in-house team to create multiple product-specific 'boutique' shops and a fully functioning Universal Store.
